What is an Apple Specialist?
We have been reconigized by Apple Inc. as a leader in Massachusetts for Apple sales and service. We have a strong relationship with Apple channel sales and operate much like a larger Apple Store. All of our staff are trained Apple Product Professionals. We have Apple trained technical staff at all locations to help with technical questions or repair work. We operate in local malls and shopping centers in a retail environment with all Apple products on display and ready to use. Our ownership is highly motivated to giving each customer the Apple experience at all of our stores.

Do you sell new Apple products?
Yes! We carry the full line of all Apple iMacs, Mac minis, displays, MacBook Airs, MacBook Pro's, MacBook Pro with Retina, iPads, iPods, the Apple TV, Airport wireless products, cables, remotes, keyboards, mice, trackpads, batteries, cases. If it's Apple, we got it!
All products are new and are backed by Apple's one year limited warranty. We recommend carry and sell AppleCare for each Apple product to include AppleCare+ for iPad, iPod and the iPhone.

Are your prices the same as Apple?
Do you provide service and do I need an appoinment?
Yes! We service all Apple Mac computers to include desktops and laptops. As well as displays. We can handle all Apple warranty issues for accessories to include: Airport products, Apple Tv's, Apple cables, keyboards, mice batteries, etc..
AppleCare warranty or out of warranty. No mattery where you bought your product, (ie: best buy, radio shack, walmart).
We offer iPad and iPod replacement services at all of our stores. No need to travel to Rhode Island or Boston to get these products replaced.

Do you offer classes or workshops?
Yes! We have what we call the MacGeek membership which when purchsaed along side our new Mac, iPad or iPod for $99.95 you get 10 private one-on-one lessons and a FREE data transfer from your PC or older Mac, to be used in the course of 12 months from the date of purchase.
If you purchased your Mac, iPad or iPod from another retailer we have a solution. For $199.95 you can purchase the MacGeek membership and recieve the same services.

Yes! Our pricing is the same as any Apple Store or Apple online store.
