We are Mac Geeks! Our stores operate under the Apple Reseller and Apple Service Provider (AASP) Program. All our staff has hands on training and are certified Apple Product Professionals. We pride ourselves in being down to earth and very approachable (No tech talk unless requested). We have a combined staff that has been using Macs for over 20yrs. The passion we have for Apple computers and related products prompted us to go into business serving the Apple community in the South Coast area and beyond. We have a fantastic store front right in the heart of the Wareham Crossing Mall. Our showroom is loaded with products supporting current and older Macs. We accept Cash, Check, Visa/Master card, Discover, American Express and Paypal. We ship from six distribution warehouses including our own retail store to ensure the fastest possible service. For most items ground service shipping is 2-3 days. Note: our web shipping calculator is set up to figure for ground service shipping by default. If no shipping choice is selected your order will be shipped via ground service. Our primary carriers are FedEx and UPS. All customers will be emailed their shipping information with a tracking number when product(s) ship. We process all orders for shipping during normal business hours. Shipping schedule is Monday - Saturday for most products.

All new products are warranted by their respected manufacture. All used products are covered by our 30 day in house warranty. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it with the original receipt/packing slip and all original product packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returned, unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. Purchases made using PayPal will be refunded in the form of a credit to your PayPal account. The Mac Express will mail a check within fourteen (14) business days for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions. Unless the item is defective, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. Opened software or memory can only be exchanged for the same item and cannot be returned for a refund. Please call or email our Sales Department for an RMA number. Items returned withoutan RMA number may take up to 6 weeks to process.
